Introductory blog to my site, my thoughts and my chaotic way of recreating myself.

If we had the perfect toolbox to create our prefect life image.....What would you keep in it?
The most important thing is to enjoy your life - to be happy - it's all that matters. ~ Audrey Hepburn
Toolbox for Life
I am not a writer but I have spent many years of my life writing out my thoughts, ideas and even poems. When you put words onto paper or type them out they become real, tangible in a sense, to help you absorb them, learn from them and possibly just to file them in your file of remember to forget them. I discovered writing as an outlet in my middle school years, though not written with any sense just a general feeling, I enjoyed the way my words hit the paper. It released a tension, anxiety or feeling I was holding onto. Writing quickly become my outlet for my ever chaotic thoughts while I began to understand life as I knew it.
As a child I had no idea what I did, thought, absorbed, saw and felt would carry over into my adult life. If only I did know I would have packed a killer toolbox to help me manage the many times of chaos I was not prepared for as well as the moments that were supposed to be chaotic but somehow seemed like poetry coming to life. Now I can guarantee you my toolbox would be a mess, unorganized and I would probably spend more time riffling through what I shoved in there so that in essence it wouldn't be much benefit.
I carry a large purse and when it gets heavy I tend to rummage through and remove the garbage I have collected. Then it is light again, but in a short time it gets heavy, weighing me down becoming a burden to carry. I try to convert to a smaller purse but I only took out what I needed and left the mess in the big purse. Sometimes we tend to do that with life, only remove what we think is important and shove the mess onto a shelf. So, yea keeping your purse tidy is like packing a toolbox of life's experiences that you tote around. Do you only keep what you think is important?
My new blog which will coincide with my book, in progress Remember to Forget, will not only give you a glimpse into my life but make you sit back and think about what's in your tool box.
